The Scottish Basket Hilt Backsword was a very popular early highland sword around 1760 AD. This Basket Hilt Backsword has a steel blade with a false edge. The basket is made of brass and is lined with red cloth. The handle is wrapped in imitation leather and wire. This Basket Hilted Backsword comes with a metal scabbard with metal loop hangers.
