The Pompeii style Roman Gladius was named after the famous town with the same name in Rome and is the most popular style of gladius. The Legacy Arms Roman Gladius is made to mimic one found in the Pompeii region. This Battle Ready Gladius has a hand forged 5160 high carbon spring steel blade with a triangular point. The guard, handle and pommel are all made of hard wood with steel spacers. The included scabbard is made of wood with a black leather wrap and steel fittings. The Legacy Arms Roman Gladius is one of the finest functional swords of its type for sale today.
